Lee Oasis will find a home for most household furnishings that are in a good condition from mugs to wardrobes subject to current need.
We accept fridges/freezers, electric cookers and microwaves in good working order. We are happy to receive kettles, toasters and irons which we are able to have PAT tested for safety. We accept only portable TVs at this time.
That outgrown bed or unwanted table will make all the difference to a family leaving a hostel, or a vulnerable single person in unfurnished temporary housing. Smaller items can be brought along to our Tuesday drop in
Furniture from one of our garages
Subject to demand, we need:
- Beds (Singles, doubles, kingsize, bunks) with clean mattresses
- Dining Tables
- Chairs
- Chests of drawers
- Small wardrobes
- Lightweight Sofas/chairs (with fire labels)
- Electric cookers and fridges

Collections usually take place Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm, plus evening collections on Wednesdays or Thursday after 7pm. All our services are provided by volunteers.

- Van Drivers over 25 with a clean licence.
- Furniture Checkers
- Members to help Van Team to move furniture
- Car drivers
